Fans of Thailand fashion scene will probably notice that car boot sale is becoming a hit in Bangkok. Just over the weekend, Bonanza teamed up with Cheeze Magazine for the first time to present the car boot sale festival. The two-day event was held in Khao Yai, an area surrounded by mountains and fresh air which is just a mere 2 hours drive from Bangkok city.
With hundreds of vendors selling vintage clothing, apparels, and accessories, expect to find the hippest items from the stalls as many were run by Bangkok’s most influential fashionistas. There were also two main stages with full line up of local Bangkok’s indie bands such as Desktop Error, Hugo and many others.
Of course a festival won’t be complete without an exciting beer park and a enormous food zone packed with a variety of food from Western to Thai. Another highlight was the biker zone where bikers and fans gather and exchange knowledge while checking out more than a hundred different bikes on site. In the same zone were stalls selling bikers’ apparels, accessories and customisation services as well as a scrambler cafe to hang out for drinks.
